Product Description:

We supply Monel K500 Mesh with wire mesh and perforated metal. It provides excellent corrosion resistance properties similar to alloy 400, however, Monel K500 contains additional content of aluminum that provides higher tensile strength and toughness than Monel 400.

Monel K500 mesh prevents corrosive attack in the running sea water, chemical solutions, acids like hydrofluoric acid and phosphoric acid and alkaline media. It also prevents stress corrosion cracking and possesses high tensile strength and durability.

Properties of Monel K-500 Mesh:

  4. Stress corrosion cracking resistance
  5. Small strength in annealed condition, by presence of foreign elements and heat processing strength can be improved.

Applications of Monel K500 Mesh:

Strainer baskets in marine industries, petrochemical industries, food and chemical processing units and heat exchangers, chemical and hydrocarbon processing and crude oil distillation.
