Product Description:

Extrusion Screen Pack is a strong, durable and convenient solution for trouble-free processing. It prevents the unwanted particles to mix in the molten mass passing through the extrusion process. This screen is best fit for fine extrusion and helps in conducting more neat and clean extrusion.
The commonly used Extrusion screen pack is made from excellent quality stainless steel 316 and 304L grades mesh varying from 4 mesh to 500 mesh about 5 microns. It is widely used in the rubber and plastic industries.

Extrusion Screen Pack Construction

The multi-layer extrusion screen packs are the variable wire meshes that are cut to specific shapes and sizes and then precisely assembled and spot welded with each other to produce multi-layer packs. The screen layers are assembled in the proper sequence to avoid any operation error.
