Metal Mesh Media

The mesh is engineered to meet the tightest tolerances required for chemical filtration with the ability to endure the high temperature conditions up to 1400oC and pressures in the range of 3000 psi. The mesh products are provided in large sheet and regular rolls.

The extensive benefits of Heanjia Mesh media are widely based on the quality of microscopic metal fibers. Few are 20 times finer than human hair. Heanjia uses a proprietary process to produce the metal fibers that start as wire drawn from stainless steel and other metal alloys. The mesh is sintered to produce an integrated porous metal structure with an exclusive set of beneficial properties such as good mechanical strength, resistance to corrosion and temperature, high thermal and electrical conductivity and becoming harmless.

Heanjia produces metal media for depth and surface filtration. Media installed upstream have bigger, twisted and graded openings to eradicate hard and distorting gel based contaminants for desired prefiltration. Downstream mesh has extremely fine and uniform surface pore structure offering reliable filtration. In the chemical procedures that demand large area filtration, sintered mesh surface is 4-6 times bigger than ceramic media. Excellent porosity offers minor pressure drop and larger flow rate, offering greater dirt retaining capacity and improved on-stream service. The particle removal ratings range from 1 – 100 µm.

Our woven wire mesh has great durability and strength provided by sintering process. The wires are connected at every intersection point and they do not shift under applied load, hence mesh uniformity is constantly maintained. As sintering strengthens the mesh, smaller wire diameters can be chosen. Sintering offers the mesh with greater permeability and dirt retaining capacity than traditional mesh of equal removal rating. Using high permeability and controlled pore size, woven wire mesh offers reliable and frequent filtration results.
