 Perforations

Round : staggered 60 degree pattern is standard. Others are 45 degree staggered and straight line.

Square: Staggered or straight line

Slotted: Side staggered, end staggered or straight lines. Slotted perforations will be round end slots as standard.

Spacing

Spacing for big perforations will be created considering center of perforation or by open area. On the other hand, spacing for small perforations will be developed following centers, open area or by count of perforations per square inch.

Patterns

Unfinished end pattern: With tool design, some specifications of staggered pattern perforations offer a pattern that looks incomplete at both sheet ends. It is a standard pattern.

Finished end pattern: with the tool design, few sizes of staggered pattern perforation offer a completed pattern on the both sheet ends.

Staggered- round and square: Staggered pattern is usually in the small size of the sheet. Holes lie in a straight line pattern parallel to the long dimension of the sheet.

Slotted : slots are furnished parallel to length or width of the sheet.

Margins

Perforated metal stock size sheets and plates: Long side of plate is delivered with smallest margins whilst the short side has smallest or no margins.

Sheets resheared after perforating: Special margins are offered, however they must carry a tolerance within the limits of perforating tool.

Unfinished end pattern is standard.

Flatness

Perforated metal sheets are finished to AISI flat tolerances. Although, if your project consists of one of the following factors, let us know.
