Nichrome Expanded Metal Applications:

High-Temperatures Uses, Interior partitions & barriers, Heat treating filter baskets, Machine guards, screens, fencing etc.

Nichrome Expanded Metal Patterns:

Standard expanded metal: A regular type of nichrome expanded metal with strands and bonds set at equal angles to the sheet plane. It increases strength and durability, provides complete air supply, distributes the pressure on metal to the supporting frames and introduces a non-slipping surface.

Flattened Expanded Metal: Produced by cold roll reduced milling of standard expanded metal. The flattened sheet consists of relaxed bonds and strands to offer a smooth and flat surface, decreasing the overall thickness and extending the diamond pattern.
