Reverse Dutch weave cloth is produced by using larger number of wires in warp direction whilst lesser number in shute, hence it is a reverse weaving process to that used in Plain and Twilled Dutch weaves. Warp wires are of smaller diameter than shute wire and they are kept in contact of each other, on the other hand larger diameter shute wires are woven fully tightly. The resulting weave cloth is the highest strength filter material with semi-rectangular holes. Cleaning of this weaving mesh is extremely easy such as backwash without plugging.
Reverse Dutch weave mesh offers accurate and uniform hole size.
