Copper Nickel Alloy Mesh Cu90Ni10 (UNS N70600) is known for providing excellent service in the marine conditions. It is available with wire mesh and perforated sheet. Copper Nickel Alloy Mesh widely prevents corrosion by biofouling, spalling and soil erosion. 

Copper Nickel Cu90Ni10 Alloy Mesh significantly prevents attack in turbulent and high speed water. It has low temperature coefficient of electric resistivity and good resistance to stress corrosion cracking in seawater.

Copper Nickel Alloy Cu90Ni10 mesh Uses:

These are commonly utilized in shipbuilding components, oil refining, condensers, heat exchangers, salt water systems and EMI and RFI shielding.

Decorative screening:  Cupronickel mesh is used in the decorative screens for various applications. The screens are basically utilized inside the radiator cabinets and also in AC devices, loudspeakers or inside the products that need screening to enhance their look.

When utilized in the radiator cabinets, the mesh acts as a backing panel to which a flat lattice is connected. The screen covers the radiator from being appeared to offer more decorative feeling. Our cupronickel mesh screens are delivered unfinished for immediate framing and certain finishes like lacquering are applied if needed.
