Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is woven into plain weave style however shute wires are taken in bigger diameter than warp wires. It results into producing extremely strong mesh cloth with higher warp mesh count than shute mesh count.
Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Mesh has higher tensile strength in both directions with smaller apertures and count of openings per surface unit as compare to plain Dutch weave. The aperture size varies from 200 microns to 14 microns. This mesh cloth is commonly used as a filter cloth. The position and shape of openings increase particle retention and filter cake production.
