Differences Between Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT:

Grade Key Feature Best For
Incoloy 800 Standard version, good general-purpose resistance Moderate high-temp applications
Incoloy 800H Higher carbon content for improved creep resistance Long-term high-heat exposure (furnaces, reactors)
Incoloy 800HT Stabilized with Ti & Al for superior high-temp strength Extreme thermal cycling (e.g., cracking tubes)

Why Choose Incoloy 800 Mesh Over Stainless Steel?

– Performs better than 304/316 stainless steel in high-temp oxidizing environments.

– Resists carburization & sulfidation (common in furnace atmospheres).

– Longer lifespan in continuous high-heat industrial processes.
