Electroformed Nickel mesh for Electrode is formed by electroplating or electrodepositing process that produces uniform and high quality mesh layer in larger widths and smaller thicknesses as compare to traditionally produced metal meshes in the hard and annealed conditions.
Electroformed nickel mesh for Electrode is an extremely pure metal with uniform surface finish and outstanding etching properties.

Electroformed nickel mesh offers the identically outstanding corrosion resistance properties as of wrought nickel in the diverse conditions. It is sensitive to tarnish in the industrial and marine conditions however it can be finished with traditional or microcracked chromium to prevent this attack.
Electroforming results in a satin polished surface while the other surface offers smooth matt look. The hardness of surface in the matt side is based on the mesh thickness.
