Hot gas filter elements for chemical process

The range of gas filtration equipments depends on the specific benefits of sintered porous metal elements.   6. Filter elements- On the base of desired functionality, a suitable alloy is chosen to offer the required resistance and strength. The alloy mesh used are Alloy 601 Inconel mesh, stainless steel mesh, FeCrAl mesh and Hastelloy wire mesh.

Performance of sintered hot gas filter

The gas applications design offers a filter with nominal pressure drop, providing economical system on-stream cycles. When the particles interact the filter, they are hold by the filter media. During back pulsing, the held particles are cleaned easily and filter comes back to its original condition. Heanjia develops multi-layer filter design that withstands constant back pulsing. The sintered media does not tear, hence avoids catalyst or contaminant particles from bypassing downstream.

The hot gas is usually processed in media up to 900oC in high chlorine gases. The filter tubes made from Inconel mesh have supreme metallurgical properties and mechanical strength to withstand this harsh working media.
