The screen layers are nested of reducing height to separate layers and increase dust holding capacity. The mesh filter can be used dry or wet with viscose oil coating that increases adhesion of dust particles to the filtering material.
The screen frames can be chosen of the same EMI gasketed, As they are full assemblies, removal for regular cleaning is simple. Dry filters are cleaned by vacuuming from the intake side, or in detergent solution. Oil impregnates filters need removal and cleaning in detergent solution. Re-oiling is needed after cleaning with detergent. The standard, economical screens takes least space and includes installed fasteners. Standard alternative styles can be chosen.

If a larger level of corrosion protection is needed, this mesh can be made from Monel or Hastelloy C276.
