Monel 400 Mesh is the most commonly used grade of our Monel Meshes products. It is made of monel 400 (UNS N04400). Monel 400 mesh has outstanding resistance to sea water corrosion and steam at elevated temperatures. It offers strong resistance to sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and hydrochloric acid (HCl) and has great resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Monel 400 Mesh is extensively used in solid-liquid filters, chemical treatment units, seawater filters, electric and electronic engineering, waste incinerators, heat exchangers, processing systems and petroleum refining plants.
